Dr. Mrs. Rachel Celestine Epoupa-Lyonga who was born on 20th May 1948 (in Congo, Brazaville and shorthly thereafter returned with her parents to Cameroon) and passed away on 11th August, 2013, in Limbe, Cameroon.
